The hotel has a fantastic location near bars, restaurants, shops, market, and the beach. The twin room was spacious with comfortable beds.- The staff, including the receptionist, are amazingly friendly and helpful.

Overall had relaxing stay for 3 nights. The room was relaxing and I loved the pool, it was well-maintained. Had central location to Levante beach. Popped in Home From Home for shots before sleep, it was at a short distance from the venue.

The room was a nice size and extremely pleasant, with a big balcony. The location turned out to be perfect and convenient, close enough to easily walk to shops and restaurants.

Very good quality-price when taking offer. The buffet food was very good although some more variety was missing in the first course, some spoon dish, or other options. But generally speaking, good food and good desserts.

All-inclusive drinks were excessively watery and tasteless. The cubatas, no matter how much they were loaded, only tasted like soda. Only beer was saved.

There was only one outlet in the room and breakfast had little variety.

The units are spacious with a beautiful pool view. The bathroom is immaculate, the bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom is a good size. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops.

We've been staying here for years and it always meets our expectations. Occasionally we had a problem but they solved it quickly and professionally. We'll definitely be back.

Perhaps the outdoor swimming pool schedule could be extended a little longer in summer, I imagine it is a schedule adapted to English customers (who are the majority), but for the Spanish customs is something soon.

The cleanliness here was on point! The staff at the reception desk were super friendly and always bustling with energy. We loved how our queen room was set up, especially having English TV to unwind 📺.

The food was excellent and plentiful with a good variety on offer. Someone did complain about the food,perhaps he thought it was the Savoy. The staff where always friendly despite being run off their feet over the Xmas period.

We had to pay 2 euros per night for the fridge in the room and there was only one armchair to sit on so one of us had to sit on an uncomfortable dressing table chair. The safe also did n't work.
